We’re seeking independent, self-driven individuals who enjoy working outdoors and can manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive a company vehicle to assigned fields
• Operate ATV and/or motorcycle for field scouting
• Record data on crop diseases, insects, stand counts, and yield estimates using an iPad or other provided equipment
• Work efficiently in a variety of weather conditions
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Willingness to obtain a motorcycle license (training and cost reimbursed)
• Motorcycle or ATV experience is a bonus
• Background or interest in agronomy/agriculture is helpful
• Pay based on experience
